Terms and Conditions - Travel4Xplore

1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is solely at the discretion of the hotel.

2. Occupancy Policy

  • A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room.
  • The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.

3. Itinerary and Transportation

  • The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified.
  • Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  • For any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, a refund will be processed, and the amount will reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund.
  • Complimentary activities not charged to Travel4Xplore or the guest will not be eligible for any refund.

4. AC Usage

  • AC will not be functional in cool or hilly areas.

5. Additional Charges

  • Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the packages.
  • Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

6. Rates and Availability

  • Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Pricing is based on the passengers’ age. Please ensure correct age details during booking, as furnishing incorrect information may incur penalties during travel.

7. Accommodation

  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, alternate accommodation of a similar standard will be arranged.
  • Some hotels may request a refundable security deposit during check-in, subject to the hotel’s policy.

8. Cancellation due to Natural Events

  • If the package is canceled due to natural calamities or weather conditions, Travel4Xplore will strive to provide a maximum possible refund, subject to agreements with our trade partners/vendors.

9. Modifications and Force Majeure

  • Travel4Xplore reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to reasons including but not limited to:
    • Force Majeure events
    • Strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues
    • Overbooking of hotels/flights

10. Inclusions and Exclusions

  • The booking price excludes personal expenses like laundry, phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, and camera fees.
  • Items not mentioned under inclusions are not part of the package cost.

11. Special Charges

  • Package prices do not include mandatory special dinner charges or additional costs during occasions like Christmas, New Year, or other events.
  • Travel4Xplore will communicate such charges, subject to availability of the information at the time of booking.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

  • For cancellation and refund queries, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.

14. Identification Requirements

  • All tourists are required to carry valid IDs and relevant documents issued by a government institution, which may be asked at any time.

Inclusions

  • Accommodation on Double sharing basis. 1 Rooms will be provided.
  • Breakfast and Dinner at the property.
  • Private Cab.
  • Toll Tax, Parking.

Exclusions

  • Air Fair/ Train Fare
  • Personal Expenses
  • Paragliding
  • Entry fee at sightseeing, Poni and Pithu etc.
  • Potter or Guide Services
  • Any Meal which is not mentioned.
  • Tips, travel insurance, Laundry, Liquors etc.
  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% Advance amount refunded
  • Cancelled between 10 to 30 Days prior to the date of arrival - 25% Advance amount refunded
  • If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
  • No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
