Itinerary

Altitude: 6,400 ft Travel Distance: 220 km from Dehradun (8-10 hours drive) Details: Start your journey from Dehradun early in the morning and drive to Sankri via Mussoorie and Purola. Enjoy scenic views of mountains, rivers, and villages along the way. Reach Sankri by evening, check into your homestay/guesthouse, and relax. Overnight: Stay in Sankri.

Trek Distance: 4 km (4-5 hours) Altitude: 9,100 ft Details: Begin your trek with a gradual ascent through dense pine and maple forests. Reach the serene Juda Ka Talab, a beautiful high-altitude lake surrounded by snow-covered trees. Set up camp by the lake and enjoy the evening under the stars. Overnight: Stay in tents.

Trek Distance: 4 km (3-4 hours) Altitude: 11,250 ft Details: Trek through snow-laden trails and open meadows with spectacular views of surrounding peaks. Reach Kedarkantha Base Camp, offering stunning vistas of the Himalayas. Spend the evening exploring the area or relaxing at the campsite. Overnight: Stay in tents.

Trek Distance: 6 km (6-7 hours) Altitude: 12,500 ft (Summit) Details: Start early in the morning to witness the sunrise from the summit. The climb is steep but rewarding, with panoramic views of Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, and Yamunotri peaks. Spend some time at the summit and capture the breathtaking scenery. Descend back to the base camp for rest and relaxation. Overnight: Stay in tents.

Trek Distance: 6 km (4-5 hours) Details: Descend through dense forests and picturesque trails back to Sankri. Celebrate the successful completion of your trek with your group. Overnight: Stay in Sankri.

Travel Distance: 220 km (8-10 hours) Details: After breakfast, depart from Sankri for Dehradun. Enjoy the scenic drive and bid farewell to the mountains. Reach Dehradun by evening, concluding your amazing trek.
