Description
Yamunotri, located in Uttarakhand, is the source of the Yamuna River and one of the Char Dham shrines. The main attraction is the Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Pilgrims visit the nearby Surya Kund hot spring to cook offerings. The shrine is reached by a 6 km trek from Janki Chatti. It’s a place of deep spiritual significance, surrounded by stunning natural beauty.
